When I started working with Cindy I was using weight loss drugs. They helped me lose the first 15 lbs. and calmed the "food noise" but I had a lot of GI side effects that I didn't want to live with. I just didn't like the way they made me feel.
I also knew I wasn't building the skills to come off of them, and that's everyone's fear - that they'll never be able to come off the drugs or they'll regain.
I knew unless I changed my lifestyle and understood why I was making the choices I was, I'd never keep the weight off.

I've learned so much about how I can take back control of my life. I love sweets and Cindy has helped me understand how to incorporate them into my life so it's not all or nothing.
All or nothing has never worked for me.
I'm relearning a lot of habits and how to live "normally" now.
One of my biggest wins was that I went on a two-week vacation to Hawaii and didn't gain an ounce! I never thought I could do that, but I believe I can do this program for life.
