I've lost 42 lbs. and the thing I like most about this program is that you don't have to cut certain foods out of your diet.
You can eat anything you want because you're learning how to wait until you're hungry to eat and stop when you're satisfied.
To me that's the most important thing because you're not demonizing foods.
Technically, you can have a piece of cake every night. But with this program you're learning HOW to keep cake in your diet and actually enjoy it.

There are no products, food, supplements or equipment that you purchase on this program. The 12-week program teaches you a new topic weekly and focuses coaching on the issues that you need help with. It provides tons of support, accountability and all of the materials you need to be successful and to integrate this into your life long-term.
Anything! That is the beauty of this program. The only bad foods are the ones that you're allergic to, or that your doctor warns you about. The program has no off-limits foods. It does not require exercise and does not include fasting or restricting of major food groups. This is a commonsense, no-nonsense program. One you can truly incorporate into your daily life.
There is no calorie, point or macro counting in Rethink. We also don't weigh or measure food. You learn how to listen to your body's hunger and satisfied cues in this program. We don't need the same amount of food every day; some days we need more and some days less. There is also no intermittent fasting in this program as it's difficult to get in the nutrition that is critical to menopausal women while fasting. There is also no going hungry.
The program includes 14 sessions. One kickstart meeting, 12 weekly sessions and 1 follow-up session to ensure you're staying on track. You can rejoin after your 12 weeks, or alumni can purchase on-off sessions or a pack of 6 sessions that can be used any time they need extra support.
No, while I have an Advanced Certification in weight loss, I am not a trained doctor or therapist who can help you with an eating disorder or with any kind of trauma.
