I've lost 42 lbs. and the thing I like most about this program is that you don't have to cut certain foods out of your diet.
You can eat anything you want because you're learning how to wait until you're hungry to eat and stop when you're satisfied.

Weight loss happens for most women in their first week. Once you understand what's happening and what you can do about it you start to see success right away. It does take about 5 weeks to see reduction in menopause symptoms as your body has a lot of repair to do after you start giving it the right nutrition.

There is no exercise involved, and there's nothing extreme about my approach. Extreme diets are why you keep regaining. I want you to adopt habits that you can live with for life. No foods are off limits. Instead, I teach you how to incorporate them into your life so you're in control & this feels normal to you.
No foods are off limits. Instead, I teach you how to incorporate your favorites into your life, so you don't feel restricted. When you restrict, you usually end up overeating your favorite things and abandoning your diet. This is a lifestyle program which is why it works.
No, it's about learning to honor your body's hunger/satisfied cues, getting the right nutrition, water and sleep that your body needs right now. It also teaching you a planning and habit tracking system designed to keep you losing weight. Fasting or going hungry is not part of the program and I discourage it because women over 40 need certain nutrients/minerals and they're hard to get when fasting.
No, while there are certain nutrients your body must have at this stage in life, I don't sell anything. My #1 advice is to try to get your nutrients from real food as your body can digest & absorb them better from food than supplements.
No, if you have struggled with bulimia, anorexia or other disorders, I'm not the right person for you to work with. There are many talented professionals trained in this area who are better equipped to help you.
